RTC was founded by inventor and physicist, Gary Ragner, and others, in the 1990's by developing pioneering vacuum cleaner technologies which are still being sold by major brands today.  RTC's expandable garden hose innovations seismically shifted the worldwide garden hose industry and our continuing improvements are now changing the face of bungee cords, boat dock lines, and resistance bands under various brand names.
